3 – Already for the third time in a row in 2013, the Red Bull Ring (formerly known as A1-Ring) in Spielberg (Styria) hosted the well-known KTM DAYS. From August 16 till August 17 the future Formula 1 circuit and the area around offered perfect conditions and were the best playground to ride and experience the entire KTM product range.

 5 – In 2013, the KTM Customer Sport Programme TNT (Track ´N´ Test) celebrates its fifth anniversary. Right from the beginning the KTM Customer Sport has been part of the KTM DAYS and even this year Günter Gahleitner and his team prepared the big KTM street models for test rides at the Red Bull Ring. During the two days, more than 300 racers accepted this test opportunity to either ride their own bike round the track, test KTM bikes or to race the penultimate round of the TNT Cup.

16 – The 125 DUKE safety training track on the asphalted area of the Driving Center was a good opportunity for all participants younger than 16 to gain experience and first meters on the bike. Since January 19, 2013 all holders of a A1 driver´s licence are allowed to ride motorcycles with up to 125cc in Austria.

150 – The number of bikes that were transported from Mattighofen towards Knittelfeld in two trucks and numerous cars. Apart from the 25 TNT bikes, various historical bikes and original KTM factory bikes, nearly 100 bikes were exclusively destined for test rides. From 50 SX, to FREERIDE 350 to 1190 ADVENTURE – the entire KTM product range was available for test rides.

700 – As in the past years, the X-BOW taxi rides in the Driving Center were the main attraction. For a fee of EUR 5,–, donated to “Wings for Life”, one could be the passenger of well-known racers like Heinz Kinigadner or Fabian Lauda and experience several laps in KTM´s lightweight super sports car. Thanks to more than 700 enthusiastic donors more than EUR 3500,– were given for the good cause.

1500 – Despite a modified application and registration procedure the run on the test rides continues even in the third year of the event. Already one hour before opening, visitors queued at the gates of the Red Bull Ring. During the two days, both organizers and visitors got their money worth and in the end were registered more than 800 bikers and 1500 test rides.

4318 – The famous Red Bull Ring measures 4318 meters. The “Ring’” track width averages from 12 to 13 meters, it’s ridden clockwise with two left handers and five right handers, namely Castrol Edge, Remus corner, Schlossgold, Rauch, Würth corner, Rind and finally the Red Bull Mobile corner.
