A true celebration of every rider’s adventurous spirit, THE WORLD ADVENTURE WEEK will run from the 5^th to the 11^th of July 2021. No matter the make of your bike, it’s  a reason to saddle up, meet like-minded riders and hit the road – with a chance of being rewarded for doing what you love.

Define adventure. For most, it means going somewhere you’ve never been before – with the excitement of not knowing what to expect along the way. It’s a reason to get lost on purpose, exploring new places, cultures or even simply visiting a town with an interesting landmark.

THE WORLD ADVENTURE WEEK is a global invitation for all riders to take part in an adventure with daily riding challenges and the added opportunity to win some epic prizes along the way, using the RISER app as your guide. The main challenge and goal: to complete 1,000 km or more during a week.

1. IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOUR PANNIERS ARE PINNED TO

Adventure is about exploration, regardless whether the roads you take are tarred, gravel – or nonexistent. For that reason, THE WORLD ADVENTURE WEEK is open to anyone, no matter the make or model of your motorcycle. It’s all about getting onto your steed and hitting the road, either with your riding buddies or on your own. If ever there was a perfectly justifiable excuse to simply go and put a few miles onto your odometer, THE WORLD ADVENTURE WEEK is it.

2. ENTERING IS AS EASY AS DOWNLOADING AN APP AND FILLING YOUR TANK

Joining is free, with no hidden catches. All you need to do is download the RISER smartphone app from the Apple App Store or Google Play in order to record your rides. This will also allow you to receive daily challenges and connect with other riders in your area. The roads you decide to ride, the distance you wish to travel, and the level of adventure you want to embark on are entirely up to you.

3. RIDE WHEREVER YOU ARE

THE WORLD ADVENTURE WEEK, as the name suggests, is open to the entire world. It really doesn’t matter where you live, as long as you have access to the RISER smartphone app and there is a KTM dealer in your country or nearest area. So, if you’ve got the Alps on your doorstep, wide-open desert a few hours away, or miles of coastal fringe roads at your disposal, THE WORLD ADVENTURE WEEK is calling.

4. BE PART OF AN ‘AROUND THE WORLD’ ADVENTURE

THE WORLD ADVENTURE WEEK is a global initiative aimed at encouraging all motorcyclists to ride more. For that reason, you’re effectively joining hundreds of other riders in a challenge that spans the globe.
